Bank customers who bank by phone aren’t as protected by their banks as people who bank through mobile or web. That’s because there are more sophisticated security layers on their digital devices than on their phone lines. But since phone phishing scams are on the rise, banks are looking for ways to secure their customers when they call the contact center – and create a banking culture that is as secure by phone as it is by digital device. Biometrics might be the answer.
